Pulsar's residential service provides everything you need to get onto the Internet, use email, and set up your own website. Also included in every plan is free anti-virus and SPAM protection. There are two different plans depending upon your physical location. If you live within the city limits of Willows, Williams or Orland, you may subscribe to the "City" plan. If you live outside the city limits of Willows, Williams or Orland, you may subscribe to the "Country" plan. |

| - Pulsar will set up the first computer for free. Additional installation work is $65/hr. - Plans require a one-year contract and are paid via credit card or ATM card. There is a $10 late fee for failed credit card transactions. - There is a monthly transfer limit of 6GB. Usage over the transfer limit will be billed in $10 per GB increments. 99% of our customers never exceed this limit. - Pulsar provides a burstable service. This means that you will see speeds up to your rated service speed, but Pulsar cannot guarantee that you will see that throughput 100% of the time. Factors that affect speed include; members computer configuration and performance, overall Internet traffic, speed of target server and load of target server. - Standard Installation includes a professional installation by one of Pulsars technicians. Installations that require non-standard hardware or additional time may require additional installation fee to cover additional costs. All equipment is loaned and maintained free of charge, and remains the property of Pulsar. - Customer Contract can be found here. |
